An AI assistant that is yours
AI belongs in a modern workplace, but needs a deliberate data flow. The private AI assistant can run shielded on Aurivian hardware in the European Union, in a private EU environment or on a device at your office. For automation using an external model, we agree in advance which data may be sent there. That lets your team keep control over where information is processed.
No middle layer, no surprises
Most IT services profit from your dependence: the more locked in you are, the better for them. We turn that around. You choose where the workplace runs and who receives access. We build and manage the environment; we make the arrangements for data, keys and handover clear in advance.
Transparent about what runs
We make the chosen workplace location, access roles and relevant data flows clear. Ordinary internet services and agreed external AI processing have their own data routes.
"And what if Aurivian is gone tomorrow?"
It is a fair question, especially with a small provider. That is why we discuss the handover in advance and record the chosen arrangements:
- Open software, no proprietary closed platform. Your workplace consists of software any experienced administrator knows and can take over.
- For each environment, we record the documentation, backup and recovery arrangements that apply.
- The keys stay with you: you manage passwords and access rights in your own vault, not with us.
- On exit, we discuss export of email, files and passwords, handover and any statutory retention periods.
This gives you an arrangement designed for handover, with clear responsibilities.

These principles apply just as much to a workplace as to an automation project. They determine what we do and do not build.
Control over technology
Organisations should keep control over their systems, their data and their dependencies. That applies to where your files live, and just as much to which model gets to see your customer conversations.
Problem before technology
We do not implement AI because it is new, but because it solves a concrete business problem. If a process yields too little to automate, we say so.
Practical implementation
No PowerPoint consultancy. We analyse, build, test and implement, and we stay responsible for what runs afterwards.
Measurable impact
Up front we agree what improvement means and how we measure it. Without that agreement there is no way to establish afterwards whether a solution delivered anything.
