Someone retypes figures from an attachment, hunts for the previous version of a file, answers the same client question again, or prepares documents for a colleague. That is familiar, and it adds up. At the same time those documents should not end up in a free chatbot or in yet another extra tool. Banning it rarely works, because the convenience is too great. The sustainable route is an environment where the team can work quickly, and where client data does not leave the office unless it has to.

We take care of the migration, the management, the updates and the backup and recovery arrangements agreed for your firm. Retention periods are set up together with you, up to and including the statutory fiscal retention period that applies to you.
If you want, we also look at one recurring process: sorting incoming documents, preparing a first draft, or answering client questions from your own files.
