Your team logs in once, with two-step verification, and can reach everything safely: at the office, at home and on the road. Included in every package.
Management, backup & recovery
We manage the workplace and handle updates. Backup and recovery arrangements are recorded for each environment. Included in every package.
Private AI assistant
Summarise, write and search within your own documents. The assistant can run shielded on Aurivian hardware in the European Union, in a private EU environment, or on a device at your office. For automation using an external model, we agree in advance which data may be sent there. From the Smart package.
Optional modules
Alongside the standard workplace you add modules when you need them, without a new migration:
- Phone system: fixed numbers, menus and call forwarding, linked to your workplace.
- Invoicing: draw up and send invoices from the same environment, in your own house style.
- Heavy document analysis: extra AI power for large document sets. Part of the Complete package.
- Image generation: create images with AI, for those doing marketing or a web store. Bespoke, as this requires dedicated AI hardware.

Every module shares the same environment and the same login. You start with the most pressing need today, often email and documents, and add a module later without your team having to move again. Everything runs on open software, on your own server or an EU server that runs only for you.
